Educational Qualifications

• Assistant Manager- Bachelor's degree in concerned specialty.
• CDB Advisor- Retired Major General or Brigadier from Indian Army or from comparable ranks from Navy/ Air Force.
• Dy Manager- MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management/ Agri-Business.
• Relationship Manager- B.E./ B. Tech along with MBA/PGDM.
• Product Manager- B.Tech/ B.E. in CS/ IT/ Electronics & Communication along with MBA/ PGDM.

Age Limit

• CDB Advisor- Maximum 60 yrs.
• Assistant Manager- 21 to 30 yrs.
• Other- 25 to 35 yrs.
• Check notification for age relaxation.
